Resolved to Sew - 2012

Most of you will already be aware that Ali at Very Berry Handmade is having an OUTSTANDING giveaway. There are sooooo many prizes up for grabs.

My choice of prizes would be the £40 spend at Fancy Moon:



I did a post at the start of the year about how I wanted to move forward this year.

The main thing I want to "resolve" would be to use/destash more fabric than I buy in (don't we all!). I want to get my fabric collection back to a manageable level again so that I can move things around in the spare room to fit a sofa bed or something if need be.

I would like to make a proper quilt, something along the lines of a chevron/zig-zag quilt or a sampler quilt. One that adopts actual quilting techniques.

I'd also like to make a Bottled Rainbows quilt. I have been crushing on that quilt for the longest time.

Remind me of this in November 2012 in case I have forgotten ;-) .
